Cedric has served as the Chief Financial Officer of QR Energy since its inception and IPO in 2010. Prior to joining QR Energy, Cedric served as a Managing Director of Quantum Energy Partners, a leading provider of private equity capital to the global energy industry. Cedric continues to serve on the board of Quantum Energy Partners portfolio company Chalker Energy Partners.

Before joining Quantum, Cedric was CFO of KBR, Inc., a global engineering and construction company. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Burger King Corporation. He previously held financial management positions with Halliburton Company, Enron Corp., EOG Resources and Baker Hughes following several years in banking.

Cedric holds a B.B.A. in Data Processing and Analysis from the University of Texas, an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
