Laura M. Kinningham
Vice President of Human Resources
Laura leads the Human Resources effort for QR Energy. She has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry and oversees performance management, recruiting, compensation, compliance, organizational development, training, benefits and payroll for the organization.
Prior to joining Quantum Resources Management in 2012, she served as Vice President Human Resources and Officer of NFR Energy LLC, where she created the initial HR strategy, programs and processes. Prior to NFR Energy, she held senior level Human Resources positions at Peoples Energy Production Company, Chevron/Unocal, and Enron Corporation. Laura began her career in Human Resources with Burlington Resources, Inc.
She holds a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.
