Cedric W. Burgher
Chief Financial Officer
Cedric serves as the Chief Financial Officer of QR Energy. Prior to joining QR Energy, Cedric served as a Managing Director of Quantum Energy Partners, where he participated in the sourcing, financing and due diligence of upstream investment opportunities, served as a board member for certain Quantum portfolio companies and provided executive oversight for the firm’s investor relations and operational activities. Before joining Quantum, Cedric was CFO of KBR, Inc., a global engineering and construction company. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Burger King Corporation. He previously held financial management positions with Halliburton Company, EOG Resources and Baker Hughes following several years in banking.
Cedric currently serves on the board of Quantum Energy Partners portfolio company Chalker Energy Partners and is also a director and audit committee chairman for Taggart Global, LLC, a leader in coal preparation and material handling systems. Cedric holds a B.B.A. in Data Processing and Analysis from the University of Texas, an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
